v Refund / Exchange Policy –

Dear customer,

Please go through our Refund/Exchange Policy precisely. We can do Refund/Exchange of our products only for two reasons.

1.      We take utmost care and go through checking before parcel dispatched, but in some rare event, if the product is damaged.

2.      Product is incorrectly received by you.

 

Please follow following instructions for above two situations:

Step 1:   While opening parcel, please take a photo or video of our product if you find it damaged / incorrect than ordered.

Step 2:   Send us on email (celebratingfabric@gmail.com) within 48 hours when you receive parcel.

Step 3:    We will revert back to you within 48 hours. If you get approval from us for your request, please resend it on our address with original tags and original packing. Please do not send without approval, otherwise it won’t be refunded/exchanged. The product should be unused, unworn, not ironed, not dry cleaned, in original state. (Please Note it, otherwise it won’t be accepted for refund/exchanged)

Step 4:   When we receive your parcel, it will be checked for the reasons you have mentioned and also for its good condition / tags, label, etc.

If the product passes check from us, and finally approved, you will receive refund/credit note with 5-8 days. Exchange will be done only for same product if it is available.

Credit note can be utilized within 10 days after day it is offered to you.

Return charges will be added to credit note after approval.

*Proper care is taken from our team for quality/ proper product dispersal for our customer. Above steps are for your better and simple understanding in a very rare events.

3.      Please Note: Return request if not raised before 48 hours after receiving the parcel, will not be eligible for Refund / Exchange.

We request to open parcel as fast as you get it.

4.      Products bought during SALE or utilizing gift coupons are not refundable.

5.      Please Note: Do not resend parcel directly / without informing us on email / without our approval, it won’t be refunded / not exchanged as well. Follow our exchange procedure. It will make simple.

6.      In case of kurtis, we have provided size charts. Please relate it properly. There will be no exchange for size/color/texture issues. Our sizes can be easily altered for sizes, good margins are available.

v Cancellation Policy –

 

Dear customer,

                           If you place an order and payment is done, then ordered cannot be cancelled for no reasons.
